About Tour
The Whales of Iceland Museum offers an immersive experience with 23 life-sized, handmade models of whale species found in Icelandic waters. This unique attraction brings you face-to-face with these majestic giants, allowing you to truly grasp their immense size and our place in comparison. Highlights include a stunning 25-meter-long (82 ft) blue whale, a sperm whale, and the critically endangered North Atlantic Right Whale. Each model is based on real whales in the ocean and is soft and tactile, making it fun to explore and touch.
