Though there is no other thing to see or look for, near the surrounding area, apart from serenity, calmness, and a quiet environment to relax in. Apart from this, there are no changing facilities available in the surrounding area, so you would need to change in the traditional old way or simply in your car. 6-7 people can easily accommodate on the wooden deck; you can change easily without getting down on the muddy land. Directions to Djúpavogskörin Hot Springs
When heading towards Djúpavogskörin Hot Springs from the capital city Reykjavík, it will take approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes to reach the destination. Therefor it is recommended that you visit Djúpavogskörin hot spring as a part of your self drive around the Ring Road. When you finally reach the nearest point, you would need to walk a bit and reach the hot springs, since these are hidden behind the rock, look around for them before heading forward. When you reach the ring road while moving towards the stream, simply look for the trail nearby, this will lead you to the Djúpavogskörin Hot Springs.
